The update contains various issues on the effects on accounting for key dates after the outbreak of war (in Chapters 3 (German Commercial Code) and 4 (IFRS)).

The explanations on the effects on annual financial statements can now be found in Chapter 5. Furthermore, issues relating to peculiarities for consolidated financial statements and reporting on violations of sanctions (Sections 5.4 and 5.8) and on the effects on contractual relationships of the sanctions imposed (Chapter 6) are also included.
