Attractiveness of the Accountancy Profession:
Request for Support of the IFAC Study

The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) is conducting a study on the attractiveness of the profession until 31 May 2025. The aim of the study is to analyse the different perspectives on the profession and identify factors influencing its attractiveness and accessibility as well as current developments. Partners of the study are the International Association for Accounting Education and Research (IAAER) and the University of Western Australia.

In order to achieve the most meaningful results possible, IFAC is asking for participation in the study. The survey is aimed in particular at university lecturers working in the field of accounting and auditing, as well as employers.
