AMLA organises open public consultations to gather evidence and perspectives from all interested parties before finalising key regulatory products:

• Consultation on the draft RTS on pecuniary sanctions, administrative measures and periodic penalty payments – Deadline 9 March 2026
• Consultation on the draft RTS on criteria for identifying business relationships, occasional and linked transactions and lower thresholds – Deadline 8 May 2026
• Consultation on the draft RTS on Customer Due Diligence – Deadline 8 May 2026
