The WPK Magazine is the WPK's medium for official notices according to § 17 WPK Charter. It is made available to each member during the course of membership.

The content of the WPK website has been carefully prepared. Nonetheless, the WPK assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy and up-to-datedness of the information.

The WPK is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general law. Liability for content, however, is only possible from the time the Wirtschaftsprüferkammer learns of a concrete violation of the law. If such a violation of the law becomes known to the WPK, it will remove the content involved.

The web pages of WPK contain hyperlinks to third websites, on whose content the WPK has no influence. Representation and Legal Supervision

The WPK is represented by its President WP/StB WP/StB Andreas Dörschell, Düsseldorf. According to § 66 WPO the WPK is subject to the legal supervision of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Pursuant to § 66a WPO the AOB conducts public oversight over the WPK.
